  Reel Steel was a life saver to us. They were positive and upbeat during the whole process and presented a totally 'can do' attitude where half a dozen other carport dealers gave us nothing but excuses. The installation crew arrived as scheduled and completed the assembly in a timely manner while addressing any and all our on-site concerns during the process. We give them the highest of ratings. Kevin was fantastic with designing what we needed and keeping in touch with us all along the purchasing, scheduling, and installation time-line. He was up-front with the different models and additional costs of the change variations we desired. Overall, we had a excellent experience from project start to completion.
